Proclamation of Deos Terrum

We, men and women of the earth, united in our resolve and right of self-determination, and in accordance with the principles of autonomy, liberty and justice, affirm our inalienable right to establish a self-governing nation, Deos Terrum, and to pursue a future defined by our own values and aspirations;

Whereas, we have endured failures of fiduciary duties, deceptions, Constitutional departure, which compel us to seek a new path forward, to dissolve the political ties that have bound us to the “Australian Government”, and to assume our rightful place as an independent nation upon the earth;

Now, therefore, we do solemnly proclaim and declare that we are, and of right ought to be, free and independent people of God; that we are absolved from, and are no longer represented by “Australian Government” or its agencies, and that all political connection between the people of Deos Terrum and those agencies is hereby dissolved, relinquished and rescinded;

Whereas, the land of Deos Terrum, at Proclamation comprises 67acres and 34 perches, geographical location of north west corner being of Latitude -33.81024771, Longitude 116.51306181 in Western Australia. Full boundary of ten surveyed Cadastral Points documented;

Whereas, the official written and spoken language of Deos Terrum is English, following traditional rules of English grammar;

We pledge our commitment to establish a government of Deos Terrum that embodies the Will of men and women under God, ensuring fairness, mutual respect, promoting peace, as is lawful and appropriate under the Royal Law, the infallible truth. We call upon all nations to recognize our sovereignty and to join us in fostering a world where liberty prevails;
